Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when Contour Clinical ships research materials within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods & delivery

We ship via tracked courier services. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Cold-chain items

Temperature-sensitive materials are packed with appropriate insulation and cold packs to preserve integrity in transit. Please store items per the guidance on each product page upon arrival.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Delayed or undeliverable packages

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or returned as undeliverable, contact us at hello@contourclinical.com and we will help resolve it.
